BEEN WAITING MONTHS FOR THIS. TRULY DISAPPOINTED THAT WHEN I ORIGINALLY ORDERED THIS IT SAID TO ALLOW 7-10 BUS DAYS TO RECIEVE. WHEN I ASKED FOR SHIPPING THEY TOLD ME ITD BE JAN 2024- THEN WHEN I ASKED IN JANUARY THEY ADVISED THAT IT WOULD BE FEB EARLY MARCH .. MARCH GETS HERE MY WIFE GETS A REFUND AND NO PRODUCT NO EXPLANTION NO APOLOGY … NOTHING .. THE UPDATE WAS GIVEN ON INSTAGRAM THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE ENOUGH COURTESY TO MESSAGE BACK PERSONALLY. THEY WERE TURNED INTO THE BBB AS OF TODAY. YOU MAY WANT TO BE CAREFUL ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THATS WHAT WE GET FOR ORDERING OFF FACEBOOK AD. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN IT WAS FAKE
i ordered mine 11/8/23 as a christmas gift for my husband i was told id have in jan here it is 3/1/2024 and i got a refund with out any warning. how do you make someone wait 5 months for their spouse’s gift then cancel it without any warning email or anything … i turned them into the bbb as well. the correspondence back and forth was so rude. idk if they had lil kids over seas melting GI joes to make these things or something but totally bogus that my husband got ripped off he was so stoked to get this … of course another fake company online got to be careful
